Free returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from TUMI.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges where applicable. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized items, including TUMI Accents, cannot be returned.

Return shipping is free

We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchased price. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
When you buy online within the European Union, you have additional rights as a consumer under the term of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to which we adhere. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in the European Union provide that you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase of a product within 14 days after the date on which the product is delivered.
If you wish to exercise your right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing (via email: service_eu@tumi.com) no longer than 14 days beginning the day after the date on which you received the product(s), and that you have taken reasonable care of the product(s) and not used them. Please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Procedure.
Unused items purchased on TUMI.com can also be returned in our own TUMI brand stores (The returns are not possible at our dealers, department stores or airport stores). Store credit will be issued for items returned without documentation and current merchandise selling price in the currency of the store of return.

Credit

You can expect a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus the shipping, handling, and gift box charges, where applicable, within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
Unused items purchased on TUMI.com can also be returned to our own TUMI brand stores (The returns are not possible at our dealers, department stores or airport stores). Store credit will be issued for items without documentation and current merchandise selling price in the currency of the store of return.

Returning an item - everyday free returns worldwide

If you would like to return an item that you purchased on TUMI.com, please follow the instructions outlined below. Instructions are also outlined on the Return Slip that is enclosed with your purchase(s).

  1. Please contact our customer service to return your parcel. Our customer service will provide you all the labels needed. You can contact them via email service_eu@tumi.com, by phone +41 (0) 800 002 040 or via chat at ch.tumi.com.
  2. Pack the item to be returned (with original labels, instructions for use, warranty booklets and other tags and outer packaging) in a box to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Glue the GAS label to the box that our customer service will provide you. The returns label includes all required data such as your name; your address, the return address and the return number.
  4. Please take the package (s) to the nearest post office. If the packages have the GAS labels, you will not be charged.
  5. If you have met all of the above return requirements, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping charges. The refund will be issued to you as soon as the goods have arrived.
  6. If you have not met all return requirements, we will email you with an explanation why we cannot approve your return within 14 days.
