Shipping Methods & Costs
Depending on the product(s) you purchase on TUMI.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s).
Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice for your product(s) and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Most products may be shipped via Standard Ground Service. Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery depending on the shipping address chosen during checkout. Please note: Express shipping is not offered to all locations.
Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CET or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock", "Pre-order", or "Backorder." Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Pre-order) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.
Please note: expected shipment times specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Delivery times will also increase if you choose to monogram or accent items in your order.
Products available for monogramming
We currently offer complimentary monogramming for most of our travel and business design collections. In addition, many of our wallets and mobile accessories may be monogrammed as well. To shop a full assortment of products available for monogramming please visit our Personalization page.
For our travel and business designs, monogramming will be placed on the exterior leather monogram patch and/or luggage tag where available. Wallets are generally monogrammed on the interior section.
You may choose either the understated blind stamp embossing technique or the bolder print technique, available in an array of colors including TUMI Red. We offer one lettering style and one size option for each type of product, and a maximum of three (3) initials.
The monogramming and accenting of an item requires additional time. Please allow approximately 2-4 additional business days for delivery of your order.
Products purchased on this website may not ship to P.O. Boxes or military BFPO addresses. At this time, we do not deliver to Greenland, Faroe Islands, Suduroy and Skuvoy Islands, Orkney, Channel, Shetland, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, Guernsey, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique, French Polynesia, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the European Union.
The shipping cost displayed for an individual product reflects what you can expect to pay if the product ships alone. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, tracking information may not be available until your package has passed the customs control. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on the way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package until it has passed the customs control.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by TUMI.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by Swiss Post who will provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available. *Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after a product is shipped from our warehouse.
